I could have been in Morro Bay today :/

Except my parents wouldn't let me ditch school to go to the beach. Everybody knows now how much I love the beach. It's my escape, it's where I go if I'm stressed out, it's like my home away from home, I guess you could say it's my happy place. It doesn't matter what beach it is, any beach is peaceful and amazing to me. I've never been to Morro Bay before but my daddy went there yesterday for work and came home and told me about it. We looked up pictures on the Internet and I saw how beautiful it is. Both my parents teased me by telling me we were going to go there today but then at the last minute told me no because today is my cousin's birthday and we were already invited to go to her house tonight for cake and ice cream. Hopefully we can visit Morro Bay over our Thanksgiving break :)

My name :)

I didn't finish writing about the meaning or history of my name in class today, so I am going to continue telling you about it. My initials are CBN, however my dads initials are DJN for Daryl Joseph Noeske, my moms are DJN for Diana Joyce Noeske, and my brothers are DJN for Dennis Joesph Noeske, so when I was little my brother told me I was adopted and that's why my initials are different. I didn't believe him so he went on to tell me that another reason why I was adopted is that I have green eyes and blonde hair and all of them have brown eyes and brown hair. I still didn't believe him, so he pointed out to me that there wasn't any baby pictures of me and that mom didn't have a baby book for me. Great. I'm adopted I thought. I asked my mom if I was and of course she said no but I wanted proof. Her proof was the video of my birth... Just dandy. The truth is I'm NOT adopted, thank you wonderful brother of mine for convinving me I was. By the way, I called my brother Doofus when I was younger because I couldn't pronounce his name correctly. My Nana always called me Precious and I am actually a lot like my Nana. My family tells me I have her green eyes and blonde hair. Sadly she passed away 3 days after my 9th birthday. But she and I were so much alike, I miss her. That's why I'm really proud of my middle name and knowing that I will always have a little part of her :)

Halloweeeeeeen

So my Halloween was interesting... Billy, Sean and I didn't carve pumpkins until about 6 or 6:30. I carved a face with BIG eyes, Billy attempted to make Mickey Mouse, and Sean carved a cat. Billy finally gave up, turned the pumpkin around and carved "copy drawn by WTF". (That's the side we showed on my front steps). Billy couldn't wait to go trick or treating but neither of the guys had a costume so they raided my old ones. I have a fairy outfit, a clown costume (eeeek!!), a lady bug, a referee shirt, and a hula girl. I followed them into my room and each of them quickly grabbed bits and pieces of each costume and mixed them together. They looked hilarious. The doorbell rang with trick or treaters and Billy ran to the door. It was a little girl and her mom but Billy scared the little girl, she wouldn't even take the candy. We continued getting dressed and after a couple pictures we finally left around 8 (a little late to start trick or treating, right?) We drove to Billy's uncles house to show him our crazy costumes, then picked up Sean's cousin. He was a fairy football player haha and finally we started trick or treating. I skated around like a hockey referee and literally only got one piece of candy so I stole Billy's later :) Overall the night was a lot of fun.
