always waiting....
It seems like we spend our entire lives waiting, waiting for something to happen to us. But what's wrong with right now and enjoying living and what you're doing today, this minute, right now? I mean think about it, it's only September and yet stores are already selling Halloween costumes and candy. ABC Family is already advertising their 13 Nights of Halloween countdown. Other channels are playing Christmas movies. But what's wrong with enjoying September while its here instead of always looking forward to what's to come. For weeks the students at school have been talking about Homecoming week and the Homecoming football game, but there's been other football games that have been fun too. No matter what it is people are always waiting for something. Maybe you just broke up with a girlfriend or boyfriend and people tell you that only time will make you feel better. Or you're driving to the store and it's a red light, someone crossing the street, a train, or maybe even a car accident, but guess what? You're still waiting. I hear people talk about how they can't wait for it to be the weekend because they will see their friend, but why can't they see their friend on a Tuesday, or Wednesday? Or better yet, have fun doing other stuff until the weekend so that you aren't waiting. It's as if society makes you wait. Movie trailers that look super exciting and make you want to see the movie but it doesn't come out for several months. Then people wait and wait and wait for that movie, but in the meantime there are plenty of other movies that they could see. People make plans in advance then say I can hardly wait until this happens. But what's wrong with living in the moment? Enjoying the simple things that happen each day instead of just enjoying special days in which something happens? Seniors say they can't wait until graduation, but what about the 8 months between then and now? All the fun events we can participate in like football games, Homecoming, rallies, Winter Formal, Prom, etc? Can't we live our lives one day at a time instead of always looking forward to whats coming?

short and sweet
I don't have much to say in like 7 minutes so I've got to keep this short and sweet. Hmmm... I have no idea what to say. la de da. Today is my last day working at the Vans store in the Tracy mall, then I get to start setting up the Manteca store. I'm super excited. And I guess tonight between nine and ten you can see Jupiter near the moon. So I'm going to the park tonight to chill with some friends and check out Jupiter. :) Peace

:] Brad Paisley
I'm superdy duperdy excited for the Brad Paisley and Darius Rucker concert tomorrow!!! You see, last March my mom purchased a "concert mania" package consisting of 6 different concerts spread out over the months. On my birthday i got a total of 12 tickets so that I could take a friend to each of the concerts with me and a few weeks later my brother got 12 tickets so that we could all go together. It's a country tour including Brooks & Dunn (their last tour EVER), Jason Aldean, Tim McGraw, Lady Antebellum, Toby Keith, Trace Adkins, Brad Paisley, Darius Rucker, Steele Magnolia, Rascal Flatts, and Kellie Pickler. One of the concerts was a day event and had about 12 artists but they are all new and just getting their names and music out to the public. It was their first concert. The first concert was my favorite one to go to. Brooke and I had so much fun and we each got a Brooks & Dunn t~shirt. Dennis took his friend Nicole and they got Jason Aldean t~shirts. We ran into Billy because he was there with his uncle. Actually to be honest, we were walking up to the grass area where we were sitting when someone grabbed me from behind and I panicked. That's when Brookelyn started laughing and I realized it was Billy. The next one we went to I took Brooke and Dennis took his friend Eric. They got drunk and hit on some drunk girls. It was funny and annoying because they spilled their beer on me. Hopefully Dennis won't drink as much tomorrow since he's taking his girlfriend and she isn't old enough to drink. So basically I'm really looking forward to it. Yay! :)
